Hi John — I just want to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Nate, Mondaire’s campaign manager, and I’m so grateful to have you on this team. I’ll bring you up to speed:

In 2020, Mondaire ran a historic campaign and proved that Americans are ready for change.

Despite the conventional wisdom of the time, Mondaire won that race because he built a campaign centered around lifting up the people of Westchester and Rockland Counties, rather than protecting the interests of corporations and the super rich.

Since then, Mondaire’s been bringing his lived experiences to the policy-making table. Coming from a working-class home, Mondaire understood what was at stake in this broken economy, and got right to work — partnering with his Democratic colleagues to deliver critical relief, put thousands of dollars back into the pockets of everyday Americans, and create millions of new, good-paying jobs to get folks back to work.

He has, and will always, fight for what matters: a living wage, Medicare for All, a livable planet, racial and LGBTQ+ justice, and so much more.

Now, we’re gearing up for a tough re-election battle with a new challenge — a brand new congressional map for NY-17. That means Mondaire is now running in counties where Donald Trump won big in 2020, so we must fight harder to reach voters, prepare to overcome negative attack ads, and help voters make the most informed decision.

I’ll be honest: we’ve got our work cut out for us. It’s going to take a whole lot of resources to win this race and protect the progress Mondaire has fought so hard to achieve. But I’m confident that, with you on our team, this grassroots operation is capable of making history once again.
