March For Our Lives

Hey John,

A year ago today, President Biden invited gun violence prevention advocates and survivors of gun violence to the White House and promised them executive action to deal with this crisis.

Since then, President Biden has followed through on some of his promises, like investing in communities to reduce gun violence and regulating untraceable guns, but he’s also failed to be the strong gun violence prevention advocate he promised us he’d be.

So, John, in partnership with Guns Down America and Change the Ref, our friends in this movement, we decided to score President Biden on his progress so far. Before you check out our report card for the President, I want to ask you if you can chip in so we can continue to hold our elected officials accountable. Can you donate so we can keep our movement strong?

With mass shootings and daily gun violence on the rise, we need President Biden to be the strong gun violence prevention advocate he said he would be. As the leader of our country, we need him to use his platform to make this a top priority in his administration and urge Congress to pass life-saving legislation. There’s a lot more work that needs to be done, and we hope President Biden takes his grades as seriously as we do.
