Since the Biden Administration and Secretary Mayorkas are refusing to enforce our immigration laws, the only mechanism actually doing anything to restrict illegal border crossings is a provision called Title 42.

Title 42 is the pandemic-related regulation that allows our border officials to expel illegal immigrants based on public health concerns. The CDC has stated that it is going to allow the regulation to expire.

Removing Title 42 will mean an even greater flood of illegal immigration into our country and into my state, Texas. It’s time now for Congress to do its job and legislate! Sign the petition to force a vote on Title 42 >> ([link removed])

Congress must stop deferring to bureaucracies to create the laws. Congress has the power to keep Title 42 in place, if it chooses to vote on it.

4 Democratic Senators have already indicated that they oppose the lifting of Title 42. This is a vote we can win!

The American people deserve to know where their representatives stand, and no better way to do that than to force an up-or-down vote.

It’s quite simple: either you support wide Open Borders or you don’t. If you oppose Open Borders, then you will vote to keep enforcing Title 42.

Anyone who votes to lift Title 42 is voting for a deluge of illegal immigration and lawlessness.

I am already leading a discharge petition to force a vote in Congress -- and it's building momentum. I believe we can win on this issue especially if the American people raise their voices to demand a vote!
