This isn’t rocket science, folks — Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is immensely qualified to be a Supreme Court Justice. And the American people couldn't agree more:

Recent polling shows two-thirds of Americans say they would vote to confirm Jackson if they were Senators.

But Senator Kennedy rejected all of that.

First, Kennedy and a few of his colleagues used their time to politicize the process with outlandish and inconsequential attacks on Judge Jackson.

Now, Kennedy voted against advancing her nomination out of the Senate Judiciary Committee onto the full Senate for a final vote.

We can’t trust the Senator to do what is right for the American people. But we CAN replace him in November with a leader we can trust.
