As we prepare for Q2, we’re bracing ourselves for some tough decisions ahead.

Team — We have some tough news. Despite all of our combined efforts, unfortunately, we did not hit our March End-of-Quarter goal.

First, we wanted to thank every single person who donated to try and help us reach our goal. Even though we didn’t hit our number, your donations will still be crucial to our ballot measure campaigns this year. Every donation — big or small — will go towards initiatives to expand health care, protect workers’ rights, and protect access to reproductive care.

We’ll be honest, fundraising has been pretty tough across the board. And believe us, we get it — the current state of our economy, the country, and the world doesn’t put anyone in a particularly “charitable” mood.

But, team, we were so close — $1,185 short to be exact. So, as we prepare for Q2, we’re bracing ourselves for some tough decisions ahead. We can either cut our budget or raise the last $1,185 we need in the next few days.

Team, will you join us with one final donation to our EOQ goal today? Cutting our budget means less resources to send volunteers out into the field, less polling to gauge how familiar voters are with our campaigns, and less funds to take extermist officials to court should they try and attack our voting rights or acces.

With 23 out of 24 successful campaigns under our belt, and plenty more to come in 2022, we want to ensure we have the resources to continue doing our work to the fullest — that means putting every possible dollar behind running and winning ballot measure campaigns that bring progress to working people across the country.

If you’re with us in the fight for progress, can you help us build our resources and hit our March EOQ goal before it’s too late, team?
