Earlier, my team reached out with information regarding our response to this week’s tornado in Northwest Arkansas. We’re doing what we can to help the people impacted, from keeping our social presence accurate with updates from community groups and leaders, to hosting a donation drive for urgently needed supplies for families and shelters. Now, I need to check in with you re: our Q1 goal. Tonight’s the end of the first quarter and our first report as the official Democratic nominee. We need to end the quarter strong, but we’re still $3,537 short of our goal.

What excites me about the position of Lieutenant Governor is its unique platform as a megaphone for issues that matter to Arkansans. Look, I’m not pretending the LG has the power to fix all these things, but when I win, I’ll shine a light on the clunky systems that need fixing and pass the mic to someone who can.
