Brad is fighting for climate action with all of the tools of the Comptroller’s Office – because it’s the biggest risk facing our city. In addition to hiring a Chief Climate Officer to align all our office’s work on climate mitigation and resilience, he’s pushed companies like General Motors to align their lobbying with the Paris Agreement goals and urged the Securities and Exchange Commission to require companies to disclose the risks climate change poses to their business.

Brad is pushing the public sector and the private sector to do more on climate.

Brad is having these tough conversations because he knows it’s the right thing to do, but advocating for progressive values at every level can alienate donors and put a target on Brad’s back.

That’s why we’ve got to hit our goal before our first End of Quarter deadline tonight at midnight. Can we count on you to give $13 before midnight tonight?
