Every single member of our modest team truly stands by our mission of empowering rural and working-class Americans. Not only do we believe that rural and working-class voters are too often neglected and left behind in politics, but we also believe that they're the key to sweeping Democratic victories across the country.
The Radical Right targets these vulnerable rural and working-class voters by making promises they won't deliver on and scaring them with lies and fear-mongering.
They pretend to understand the unique struggles of our farmers, our miners, our laborers, and our factory workers, and then go home to their penthouse suites in some of the wealthiest cities in the nation.
As a result, rural and working-class areas are written off as GOP strongholds and often ignored by Democrats. At No Dem Left Behind, we believe this is a fatal mistake.
That's why we're committed to closing the gap between the coastal big cities and America's Heartland and supporting Democratic candidates who will show up for these neglected communities and let them know they matter to us .
In 2020, Dems flipped the Senate blue in large part because of the groundwork that was put into rural Georgia.
Groundwork means knocking on doors, making calls, talking personally with everyday Americans, and then mobilizing them to turn out the vote.
But the victory margin was slim, and our Senate majority remains incredibly fragile. As we head into the 2022 midterms, America's Heartland is going to be packed with battleground races.
We're putting substantial resources behind our endorsed Senate candidates like John Fetterman in Pennsylvania, Rep. Tim Ryan in Ohio, Sarah Godlewski in Wisconsin, Lucas Kunce in Missouri, and Rep. Val Demings in Florida because we are confident that they are among our best chances at protecting and expanding the critical Democratic Senate majority.
We don't just pick any Democrats to endorse, either. These leaders have proven track records of fighting for working-class individuals, delivering on our Democratic values, and being a voice for Americans who feel like they've been left behind.
So we're spotlighting our Senate Fund for 2022's first end-of-quarter goal to specifically lift up John, Tim, Sarah, Lance, and Val . Your gift will help give these already-viable campaigns the boost they need to remain competitive, reach voters, and stop Mitch McConnell from regaining control.
