New countries have been designated for TPS under the Biden administration and many current TPS designations are being reauthorized. This webinar will provide an introduction to completing an initial TPS application for those new to TPS or those looking for a refresher. The webinar will include an overview of the basic TPS requirements, different forms of supporting evidence, understanding registration deadlines, and guidance for late initial registration. Strategic considerations for TPS applicants pursing other forms of relief will be highlighted.
