We hope you get to spend some time this Native American Heritage Month celebrating the vibrant Native cultures to be found across the United States.

When NARF started fifty years ago, we knew some people  envisioned a future that did not include us. Their vision did not include tribes, Native peoples, indigenous cultures. But, fifty years later, we are still here, we are still strong, and we are still fighting. We celebrate that fact this month and invite you to join that celebration.

Unfortunately, today, there still are people who would like to see us disappear. We do not fit into their vision of America. But, even as they to try to erase us, we stand strong and proud.

With you by our side, we stand strong in the fight for the future of our country and who will get to be a part of it. Your support makes that fight possible.
