Our FEC public filing deadline is coming up this Thursday. And our race for the 17th district just got even more competitive.

Yet another Republican challenger has thrown their hat into the ring, threatening to flip Mondaire’s seat to red.

The truth is, this was already going to be a tough race. After redistricting, Mondaire is now running in counties where Donald Trump won big in 2020.

Republicans know Mondaire’s commitment to defending our democracy, protecting reproductive health, and standing up to special interests is resonating. They know our campaign is building unrelenting momentum. And they are desperate to find a way to compete.

As you know, Democrats hold a slim, single-digit majority in the House, and Republicans are ready to pour hundreds of millions of dark-money dollars into flipping seats like ours across the country.
