Alert - Two VITAL Bills in HHS Committee

We are in the waning days of Georgia's legislative session, and two of our key bills are in the House Health Committee needing a hearing and a favorable vote:

SB 456 - the "Women's Health and Safety Act" - ends the radical Biden "Abortion by Mail" agenda and instead protects women by requiring an in-person examination before receiving abortion inducing drugs. It also allows a physician to inform women about the reversal pill. While we hope this bill saves lives, we know this bill protects women!

To learn more about this bill, check out this podcast with Senator Bruce Thompson from our sister organization, Frontline Policy Council.

SB 435 promotes Fairness in Sports by requiring that sports participation be on the basis of biology, not identity. This protects our women and girls by ensuring they have a right to fair competition - and earn spots on teams, trophies, and scholarships.

Passing these bills in the 2022 Legislative Session is paramount!
