In Tarrant County alone, 6,511 children were victims of child abuse or neglect last year. April of 2022 is designated as National Child Abuse Prevention Month with the hope that our community will be empowered in the fight against child abuse, become more aware of statistics and feel equipped with knowledge to help create an environment where children thrive.
