Right now, I’m in Washington, DC with fellow March For Our Lives organizers working on something big to mark the 4-year anniversary since we founded this movement. We’re in front of the Capitol spelling “thoughts and prayers” with over 1100 body bags to represent the 170,000 people who have lost their lives to gun violence since we marched here 4 years ago.

Every time gun violence makes the news, politicians offer condolences and empty promises. This is how we’re putting our elected leaders on notice that we’re done accepting this response.
