NEW REGISTRATION LINK: Women's History Month Panel ([link removed])

Please join the Fairfax Young Democrats for a Women's History Month Panel!

This virtual event will feature a discussion and Q&A session with some of our women legislators. We will be joined by Senator Jennifer McClellan, Senator Jennifer Boysko, Delegate Elizabeth Guzmán, and Delegate Kathy Tran.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 29th at 7 PM via Zoom ([link removed]) and will also be live-streamed on the FYD Facebook page ([link removed]) .
Two weeks away: VAYD Annual Convention

VAYD's convention will be hosted in the City of Alexandria during the weekend of April 8th to 10th, 2022. Our business will be conducted at The Westin Alexandria Old Town and virtually for the purposes of including Young Democrats across our great Commonwealth.

We are conducting this convention in a hybrid manner with a combination of virtual and in-person to ensure the health and safety of our members and our communities during the ongoing pandemic. Those attending in-person will be expected to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a documented exemption in order to participate. We highly encourage those not vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate virtually in this year's convention.

Additional information about the Convention, including the schedule and registration, can be found on the Convention website ([link removed]) . The deadline to register to attend convention as a delegate is April 1 at 11:59 pm.

For your easy reference, below are important links to prepare for the 2022 convention:

* Nominate a chapter or individual for an award ([link removed])
