WOW, friend, can you believe it’s been 12 years since the Affordable Care Act passed already!?

Since our founding in 2016, we’ve helped more than 875,000 people across the country access life-saving health care by expanding Medicaid under the ACA. We’re proud of the work we’ve accomplished, and we’re grateful to supporters like you for helping us make these life-changing policies a reality.

Will you continue to support our work in 2022 with a donation today to help us win more life-changing policies this November?

We’ve seen tried-and-true results in states that have expanded Medicaid. More low-income families have been able to access health coverage. That means more people can access regular treatment for care — especially for chronic conditions, preventative services, and screenings to catch ailments early on and keep you healthy.

Medicaid expansion has helped the communities who have historically been denied the care and treatment they need. It’s helped us to reduce the racial disparities in health care coverage and provide better access to rural hospitals and communities.

We’ve won campaigns in six states to expand coverage, and now, we’re taking our fight to South Dakota.

In honor of the ACA’s 12th birthday, will you donate $12 or more today to help us win more life-changing campaigns like the one in South Dakota this November?
