John — Yikes. Eric Schmitt just raked in more than $1.5 million at a fancy fundraiser down in Florida, and honestly, the timing couldn’t be worse.

After months of news outlets like National Journal, CNN, and the Washington Times reporting that Lucas’ bold message and record-breaking grassroots fundraising could very well flip Missouri’s open U.S. Senate seat, this kind of campaign cash is just the thing that could tip the scales in this race.
