John,
In two days, we’ll be marking the 4-year anniversary of the 2018 March For Our Lives in Washington, DC and 800 sister marches that took place around the world. Since then, we’ve been met with apathy and indifference from Congress. Every day that Congress refuses to act to end gun violence, more lives are lost.
We’re planning something big for our 4-year anniversary to make sure Congress can’t look away. It’s going to require a lot of resources to pull this off and get our organizers to Washington, DC. Can you chip in $10 or more to help us cover the costs of our latest demonstration?
Since the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting in 2018, mass shootings have increased, and everyday gun violence is at its highest. Congress has the power to pass common-sense gun safety legislation that would prevent mass shootings and lower gun violence throughout the country, but they’ve refused to act.
On March 24th, we’re going to send a message to Congress that they won’t be able to ignore. Young people are the most affected by gun violence, but with your support we can also be the loudest advocates for ourselves. John, can you chip in $10 or more to help us cover the costs of our next demonstration in two days?
Thanks for your support,
Trevor Wild
