This is just another tactic in their book. They’ve been trying to slow down the confirmation process for weeks, with Chuck Grassley leading the efforts.

Now that they’ve failed to stop the process, they’re going to do everything in their power to slow the confirmation of the first Black woman nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This isn’t new. Chuck Grassley has been entrenched in Washington for 47 years—and, in that time, he’s held back qualified candidates like Merrick Garland while leading the charge to confirm ultra-conservative Justices like Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.
