On a day when such an important issue to Black people, especially Black women was being discussed, Jim Jordan’s attempt to not only interrupt but change the subject was not acceptable. Did you see Gwen owning Jim Jordan on Friday? While the House debated the Crown (Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair) Act, Jim Jordan thought he would interrupt Gwen. Let’s say that idea ended before it began. 

Rep. Jordan said, "I hope we can actually focus on the things that matter to the American people." Ending discrimination very much matters to the American people.

While Gwen told Jim Jordan to sit down, I am asking you to stand and donate $10, $20, $30 or whatever you can spare to help Gwen keep speaking truth to power.
