Time is running out for America’s largest national forest, please help.

John,

We have less than a month to stop President Trump’s destructive plan threatening Alaska’s Alexander Archipelago wolves, and need your help to save them.

We’re working online and on the ground alongside our Alaska-based affiliate, the Southeast Alaska Conservation Council, to convince elected officials in Alaska and our nation’s capital to step up and protect America’s largest national forest from roads and logging. Will you help fund our fight to stop the president and the Forest Service from destroying irreplaceable forests and vulnerable wolves?

There are fewer than 1,000 Alexander Archipelago wolves left, and the president’s plan for the Tongass could lead to their extinction. John, every dollar counts in this critical moment for America’s largest national forest and its disappearing wolves. Can we count on your support?

In coordination with our hardworking partners on the ground in Alaska, we're launching a sophisticated campaign to target legislators and mobilize activists. We’re also speaking out in person at public hearings and traveling to meet with legislators and decision-makers all across Alaska and in Washington, D.C.

But John, the logging industry is fighting to open up the Tongass and they’re armed with a lot more resources than we have available.

Right now, we need the resources to counter a massive special interests persuasion campaign. With less than a month until the public comment period ends, we’re running out of time and money to oppose this potentially deadly plan. We need you to join our fight to save rare wolves and their home.

Will you give $30 or whatever you can spare to help us stop President Trump’s plan to destroy the Tongass before time runs out?

Sincerely,

Karla Raettig
