Hey John,
I've been getting a lot of acting auditions lately. For large roles in
big shows too. Which is really unusual for me. It's really great, if
you love getting really excited about something, working real hard on
it for several days, and then never hearing anything about it ever
again. If that's your jam, then I'm a piece of dry toast. Not that I'm
not grateful. I am. I just have no proof whatsoever that these people
even watch these auditions. It could all be an elaborate prank.
Point is it would be nice to book one. It has been about a year since
my last booking. I could solve that by getting arrested, I suppose.
But there's no reason to complain because TODAY I get to do a live,
worldwide comedy show again with a living legend! One of the funniest
people to ever live, and a man who pretty much created modern
comedy, JOHN CLEESE of MONTY PYTHON! He will be coming over to the
studio in my home later today, at 5p/8e for another "CLEESE GLEIB ME
ALONE! A Night of Shenanigans with John Cleese, Ben Gleib, and Camila
Cleese".
And you can be part of the show! We will see and hear you, take some
questions, and John will just randomly call on people to say hello.
Plus we will play silly games and John and Camilla and I will make fun
of each other a lot. (He better not mention my lack of acting work.)

to ask John (or Camilla or me) a question, and it's a much more
personal and intimate experience. This will be the last show with John

After the show, I'm off to a very rare vacation in Europe! I figure
I'll need a little break from shows after a high like tonight will
be.
