Last Friday, the Texas Supreme Court struck down the Left's last back-door attempt to reverse our Heartbeat Bill. In a unanimous decision, our state's highest court sided with life and ruled to keep our law in place — saving the lives of future little Texans!




Since the Heartbeat Bill went into effect, thousands of unborn lives have been protected.




Under my leadership, the Texas Senate has passed the strongest pro-life legislation in history. In 2007, I wrote the Sonogram Bill. I finally got the votes to pass it in 2011. The sonogram law reduced abortions by 15,000 to 20,000 or more each year. And last year, we passed the Heartbeat Bill, which says that any doctor who performs an abortion once they detect a heartbeat can be sued by any private citizen, effectively stopping abortion in its tracks!




Life is a God-given gift, and I am proud our state has taken a stand to protect it. As long as I am Lt. Governor, the right to life will always be protected in Texas.




The Democrats are trying to defeat me at the ballot box because we keep turning conservative policy into conservative legislation, and they will stop at nothing to defeat me in 2022. I hope I can count on your financial support of $5-10-25 or more today. [[link removed]]
