CREATE + CHANGE | MARCH 2022
At a moment when so many difficulties are laid bare on all of our screens, taking action is more important than ever. Read on to learn how you can support Ukrainians in need through our ongoing partnership with Global Giving. We’re also proud to share an essay from the founder of Hue, a nonprofit focused on building equity, on their new research about the experiences of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) at work and how you can future-proof your workplace accordingly. And with spring just around the corner, check out our latest wildfire prevention creative featuring Smokey Bear like you’ve never seen him before!

The Ad Council is promoting a relief fund created by our longstanding partners at Global Giving—please consider supporting, amplifying or giving today at SupportCrisisRelief.org.

He shares key findings from their new report, Unsafe, Unheard, Unvalued: A State of Inequity, and recommends three focus areas for taking action and addressing that inequity.
