I’m totally disgusted and fed up. Just when I think the GQP can’t sink any lower, they decide to start targeting our KIDS for harassment, humiliation, and abuse at the hands of our government.
Republicans in Florida and Texas are leading the charge to shove gay kids back in the closet and take trans kids away from supportive parents. Lives will be ruined, happy families will be torn apart, and children will die from this … all so these jackaloons can win a few points with their radical religious right base. And if you think it’ll stop with these two states, you’re sorely mistaken – this is just a hint at things to come if the GQP retakes power come the midterms.
It’s sickening, and I won’t stand by and let it happen without putting up one hell of a fight.
