Dear John,
March is near and dear to our hearts for two special reasons: Brain Awareness Week and ARPF's 29th Anniversary.

Please help us celebrate brain health with our Meditate for Your Memory Challenge.

We are excited to offer a week-long, online group meditation practice to re-energize the upcoming Spring and improve your focus, attention, and memory. That's a lot of great benefits coming from just 12 minutes of your day. No experience is required– plus, it's f*r*e*e*!

Starting on March 14th, we will practice Kirtan Kriya yoga meditation for your memory– join us and experience the brain-boosting benefits for yourself. It's the same time every day, all week.

Monday, March 14 - Sunday, March 20, 2022
11 am PT / 12 noon MT / 1 pm CT / 2 pm ET for 30 min
Host: Kirti Khalsa, ARPF CEO
After registering, you will receive instructions on how to practice this easy meditation from your chair. We invite you to share with all your friends and family, it's especially beneficial for seniors.

We have a group of incredible yoga teachers / therapists who will be teaching the meditation sessions– we can't wait to share them with you.

It's going to be a great week of meditation and we hope to see you there.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.

Easy Ways to Support ARPF

  • Amazon shopping: choose the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation when you shop on smile.amazon.com.
  • Facebook fundraiser: ask your friends and family to donate for your birthday or another special occasion. Facebook offers this easy option, and it doesn’t cost you anything. If you don’t have a Facebook account, ask your young family members to create it for you.
  • Donate a vehicle: if you have a car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or boat that you don't want, it can be put to good use as an ARPF donation. This nationwide service is a great way to show support.
