Last night, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected pro-polluter politicians' hail mary attempt to reinstate their unconstitutional partisan gerrymander. Now we officially know the maps and the candidates running in them.

This fall, we will have the strongest chance in a decade to elect leaders who will advocate for our right to clean air, clean water, clean energy, and the equal freedom to vote.

Help us make that happen now, John! » [link removed]

We took legislators to court and won! Now North Carolina maps are final. Help us win a pro-environment majority in November » [link removed]

John,

It's been a whirlwind 24 hours. As of late last night, North Carolina courts have approved the state House and Senate maps that will be used for the rest of the decade and the congressional map that will be used at least this year.

This all happened because of your support for our mission and our litigation.

In a landmark ruling less than three weeks ago, the state Supreme Court finally and firmly established that every North Carolinian deserves the equal right to elect their leaders in free and fair elections. NCLCV v Hall will go down in history. Gerrymandering is unconstitutional!

This is the justice we sought when we filed this lawsuit. With new, constitutional maps, North Carolinians will have a fighting chance to elect a government that fulfills their desire for environmental justice and climate action.

Now we must fight for a General Assembly and Congress that reflect these values.

With the gerrymandering that so frustrated our efforts for the last decade now effectively ended, 2022 is our chance to finally make progress.

With John xxxxxx's generous support, we're going to seize this new opportunity to elect pro-environment, pro-democracy leaders to fight for us in Raleigh and Washington.
