Friends,

I couldn’t be more proud. At the first in-person debate of the campaign season, we saw why Robert is going to be the next Mayor of DC.

The Mayor decided to show up last minute and dismissed the concerns residents were voicing - making a clear contrast between Robert’s vision and her status quo approach. Robert made a powerful case for new leadership in our city and demonstrated he has the innovative, out-of-the-box thinking that will lift communities up and move DC forward. This weekend proved what we’ve been saying all along: when Robert’s message and the Mayor’s message are put head to head, Robert’s message resonates with residents. Our challenge is getting Robert’s message to as many people as possible. That’s where you come in.

This Thursday, we have another filing deadline which means it is our last chance to get matching funds until April. This campaign has momentum and we need to keep it up. Can we count on you to help us meet our monthly goal so we can keep reaching DC residents: [link removed]

Don’t forget to share your favorite clip from the debate on Facebook and Twitter!

Thanks for your support,
Luz Martínez
