Elections experts from the Cook Political Report have good news and some bad news in their latest analysis:

THE GOOD NEWS: Thanks to some lucky breaks, Democrats are actually gaining seats in the redistricting process. This unexpected development will improve our odds of protecting the House.

THE BAD NEWS: According to Dave Wasserman, “Republicans still have more than enough pickup opportunities to win the five seats they need for a majority.”
