We'll be honest, we don't know what Roger Stone was thinking when he let a whole camera crew follow him around on January 6. But after denying any involvement in the insurrection for a year, footage has come out that explicitly shows him coordinating post-election protests, conspiring with a leader of the Oath Keepers (who pleaded guilty a few days ago to seditious conspiracy), and having open communication with Trump during the attack.
Though Stone might not be an elected official, treasonous members of Congress and demagogues like Trump let people like him into the inner circles of our government and enabled them to destabilize our democracy. By unseating the Treason Caucus, we'll be able to prevent shady characters like Stone from getting into our halls of government
We can't say we're surprised that a guy who has lobbied for preemptive pardons, is known for political sabotage, and has a Nixon tattoo participated in the planning of January 6.
January 6 was no accident or random event. It was a planned and calculated attack on our democracy orchestrated by treasonous characters like Roger Stone. This new evidence brings us one step closer to unraveling the web of treason behind the insurrection.
