Michael Bloomberg, billionaire philanthropist and former NYC mayor, has been causing quite the buzz as he has all but declared his Democratic candidacy after announcing earlier in the election cycle that he did not intend to run.
Bloomberg’s potential run comes on the heels of many Democratic insiders voicing concern over the progressive and left-leaning shift of the party and two of its leading candidates, senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
