While Louisianans plead for lower healthcare and prescription drug costs and access to affordable daycare, Sen. John Kennedy has been focused on “alien invasions” and raising enough money to “make the aliens proud.”

And while Louisianans struggle with rising inflation and finding a good-paying job, Senator Kennedy rambles on about the “woke agenda,” “drinking weed killer,” and writing “poetry projects.”

Louisiana deserves a leader who takes you seriously. Somebody who is laser-focused on our economy, affordable healthcare, and the future of our democracy — not on cheap (and sometimes really weird) one-liners. Luke Mixon is that kind of leader.
