The fact is, democracy isn't an abstract concept, John.
It needs and deserves faithful stewards who are willing to take a stand for it and fight for justice. The insurrection on January 6 showed us all that there are currently elected officials in power who will either sit back and do nothing or, even worse, attack the very foundations of the country they swore to protect.
Every generation has an obligation to protect our democracy, so today, we see two choices ahead:
- Choice 1: We sit back and wait for someone else to step up and demand justice. The Treason Caucus doesn't face accountability and remains in power. American fascism becomes the law of Congress, and gone are the days when a free and fair election meant something.
- Choice 2: We answer the call to action and hold these most dangerous elected officials accountable for their attack on our democracy. By doubling down on our grassroots efforts, we can persuade voters across the country to unseat the members of Congress sympathetic to American fascism.
