When the news broke that the size of our district would dramatically increase, our team started preparing to welcome nearly two hundred thousand new voters to NY-17.

Recently, I traveled to Sullivan and Orange Counties to meet with residents and introduce myself — and I look forward to meeting more residents in the coming weeks to hear from them directly and learn about the issues that matter to them most.

The newly drawn map also means that our Democratic district has become redder to include counties that Trump won big in 2020.

We certainly have our work cut out for us this year, so it’s more important than ever that we hit our fundraising goals.
