Jack,
After a weekend of campaign events talking about protecting our democracy, expanding voting rights, and bolstering our business creation in Georgia, I took some time to reflect again about exactly why I'm running for office. And it's this simple:
I have a unique mix of experience, expertise, drive, and passion combined with a willingness to serve, that compels me to do what I can to help Georgia and this country during a time of need. The rise of cyberattacks, the January 6th Insurrection, and ineffective leadership related to our election process has provided both the need and motivation for me to run.
I'm running to use my background as a cybersecurity expert and Marine Corps Veteran to protect our democracy and I am asking for your support to help us win this campaign and defend voting rights. |
During my years as Democratic Party Chair of Georgia's 3rd-largest county, I was elected twice and remain proud of the work done to expand access to the ballot, giving thousand of people a voice.
During my tenure, we were able to secure historic victories such as electing Congresswoman Lucy McBath in a previously deep-red area. I prided myself on working alongside Stacey Abrams and others, in efforts to make it easier to vote, no matter who you were or what party you identified with.
As the election season starts to pick up steam, I hope that I can continue to have your support as we need to build momentum and raise more funds to reach voters across the state.
