Dear John,

First, I want to say thank you to the thousands of you who responded to our most recent survey. My team and I looked over the results and found that many of you think education should be one of our top priorities. So, we decided to host a Telephone Town Hall to talk about it!

As a former educator, I have seen firsthand how in-person learning can impact a child’s trajectory. The past two years have been incredibly disruptive for all of us, but our students and teachers have faced unique challenges while navigating remote learning. Our education system can be a powerful guide for young people as they develop and learn, which is why we must address the issues putting it under strain.

As parents and community members, your opinions will give us valuable insight into the needs of our community. I hope you’ll join us so we can hear your perspective directly!

I’ll be joined by the Executive Directors of the Chester and Berks County Intermediate Units, Dr. George Fiore and Dr. Jill Hackman, to answer your questions about instructional resources and hear your views about how to ensure our schools are providing the best education for our children.
