Just a few years ago, J.D. Vance was a bright eyed country bumpkin, still working off his baby fat and touring the country talking about the socio economic ills of middle America. 

Then he got wrapped up in the MAGA whirlwind, adopted Trump Jr. 's beard and the political persona of an alt-right meme page, and got the notion into his head he deserves to be Ohio’s next U.S. Senator.  

J.D. is hoping to join the illustrious ranks of MAGA morons in the Senate – levels inhabited only by Hawley and Cruz. He’s already borrowing their talking points by basing his entire campaign on anti-elite, anti-intellectual, anti-science grievance politics. 

Which part of elitist America do you hate more, J.D.? The Yale law professors that gave you your law degree, or the Netflix executives who gave you a multi-million dollar movie deal? Could it possibly be the billionaire founder of Paypal who is funding your entire campaign?

For another “reformed” former Trump critic, he’s adopted the MAGA playbook seamlessly. The hypocrisy is right on brand. 

We get it, J.D. There’s not a lot of room in this Republican Party for a soft-spoken midwestern intellectual. This new fiery Twitter persona is doing exactly what you and your team of MAGA’s best media specialists want it to. You’re at the center of the far-right swirling internet silo brewed up by the likes of Trump himself, MTG, and Jim Jordan. You might even get a new book deal out of it too. 

But it’s not going to get you into the U.S. Senate. J.D. Vance is turning the Ohio GOP Senate primary into a race to the bottom. It’s either going to be Vance or another Trumpian fascist coming out of that garbage fire of alt-right debauchery.
