Hey Higb!

We hope you're getting through the abrupt drop in temperature alright. It's definitely startled us!

As you may have noticed, the 2020 election campaign is in full swing - and not just for President. Democratic primary races for local elections for State Assembly and State Senate next year have already begun.

Next week, BYD is holding its first endorsement meeting of the cycle. We will we be hearing from candidates running for the Democratic nomination in State Senate District 21, Assembly District 50, and Assembly District 51.

WHEN: Thursday, November 21st from 7 PM until 9 PM.

WHERE: 885 4th Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11232

You must be a dues-paying member of the Brooklyn Young Democrats to vote in the endorsement meeting. You can pay your dues here ([link removed]) at any time before the meeting next Thursday.

A BYD voting member may assign their vote by proxy to any other BYD voting member. To designate a proxy voter, please email our President and Secretary at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])

We hope to see you next week!
