Robert Reich was named by Time Magazine as one of the 10 most effective cabinet secretaries of the 20th century. He is also a UC Berkeley professor and the author of several books, including “The System: Who Rigged It and How We Fix It,” "Aftershock," "The Work of Nations,” and "The Common Good.”

Rosanna Landis Weaver is the Wage Justice & Executive Pay Program Senior Manager at As You Sow and the author of this report. Weaver began her long corporate governance career with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in 1992 and has since also been with the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), and Change to Win Investment Group.
