Friend,

Deadly fentanyl is crossing our southern border every day, and the Biden administration refuses to take the necessary steps to stop it.

According to the DEA, fentanyl is 50 times more powerful than heroin, making it one of the most dangerous drugs impacting our communities.

The U.S. Border and Customs Protection reported a 1,066% increase in the amount of fentanyl seizures in the last fiscal year. The total was 588 pounds, with a street value of more than $758 million.
The Biden administration is standing idly by, and it is a problem that doesn’t seem to be slowing down. The DEA has seen a spike in repeat drug trafficking offenders across our southern border.

The Biden administration is neglecting to protect our border, resulting in more drugs entering communities large and small.
I am fighting to keep fentanyl out of North Dakota. We cannot continue to allow a deadly drug to ravage our cities — while I work to impose stricter restrictions on repeat offenders, will you consider joining my fight to secure our southern border?

For North Dakota,
