Dear brothers and sisters,

Can you help us fight to save the Houston EPA lab?

Currently the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to relocate the Region 6 EPA Lab from Houston, TX to Ada, Oklahoma. This EPA lab is critical to this region of the country, that regularly needs emergency response to man-made and natural disasters.

Also, it could require dedicated employees to uproot their lives or find new jobs. AFGE Local 1003 members are fighting hard. Click the petition to find out more information and take one minute to sign.

AFGE Local 1003 has already filed two Unfair Labor Practice complaints against the agency regarding this relocation. The local is working diligently with members of Congress to shed light on why this move is bad for workers and the community this Lab supports.
