Thanks good talk.

Hey John,

I was watching the new documentary, Tinder Swindler, and if you
haven't seen it, it's about a guy who tells everyone he's rich and
promises all these amazing things, and convinces people everywhere to
trust him and give him their money. And it turns out none of it's true
and it was all false promises. Crazily it seemed like the story of
America as of late. We have got to start bringing some change here,
and figuring out a way to stop these lies and division that are making
our country feel a lot less special a place to live than it used to.
Also I was disappointed that a movie called Tinder Swindler does not
star Tilda Swinton. She has to fire her agents. Or as she probably
refers to them, her Talent Swalents.

I also watched Being the Ricardo's, which is a weird name for a
documentary about the private lives of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz,
neither of whom are named Ricardo. That's like a movie about Jack
Nicholson being called Col. Jessop Exposed! Nicole Kidman did her
usual, sometimes a good impression of Lucy, and then sometimes
straight up Australian accent Days of Thunder style. She did the same
thing in 9 Perfect Strangers, sometimes Russian, sometimes Kangaroo
salesperson. 9 Perfect Strangers was also a weird name considering
none of the Perfect Strangers was Cousin Larry or Belki Bartokamous.
Javier Bardem played Desi Arnaz and Ricky Ricardo, and he did a pitch
perfect Javier Bardem impression. I mean he has Bardem down pat.

If you live in Los Angeles, and want to see me not doing any
impressions, come by my show this Friday February 11 at the Hollywood
Improv lab at 9:45 pm. It's called "Ben Gleib & Friends" and I put
together a truly fire lineup. Brooks Wheelan from SNL, comedy legend
Cathy Ladman, one of my BFF's Justine Marino, Bill Burr's opener Dean
Delray, and the amazing Scout Durwood and Lizzy Cooperman. I only do
this show about once a year, and you can get a ticket for it HERE (

And if you live anywhere else on earth, join me for the next “GLEIB
OFF THE TOP: Crowd Work & Improvised Madness” virtual comedy show
this Saturday, where I will probably do some celebrity impressions,
and they will definitely be better than famed impressionist Javier
Bardem. This one is an earlier MATINEE SHOW at 2p/5e. Get a
ticket HERE (
[link removed] ). I'm also
doing one every Saturday this month. I hope to see you.

I’m also doing a post show VIP intimate video hang after the show
this Saturday, where I’ll answer your questions. You can get a
regular or VIP ticket HERE (
[link removed] ).

Also, if you don't know, I have a Patreon with tons of perks, private
video hangs, behind the scenes stuff, personal letters, drawings
I’ll make for you, and access to your own personal metal
“Gleib Squad Black card”. Join HERE (

Thanks for all your support, always.
