Since 2018, after the school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas, we've honored the lives lost and affected with action. We’ve rejected thoughts and prayers and advocated for a nation where no one has to go through what my friends did in Parkland in 2018. We have some big news to share with you next week, the week that marks 4 years since the tragedy. We’ve been working with our partners on a project that we hope will call national attention to the number of lives lost to gun violence.
We hope this announcement will ignite a nationwide conversation around gun violence and move more people to join our critical movement. In order to do this, we’ll need to reach as many people as possible with this announcement – whether it be through social media, demonstrations, or organizing volunteers – and we’ll need the funds to do it. Can you donate $3 or more to help spread the word about this big announcement next week?
We’re excited to share this project with you and we’re even more excited to see the impact it will have on the current administration to move the needle forward for gun violence prevention. John, it’s been nearly 4-years since the Parkland shooting, and every year since, gun violence has steadily increased. Help make our big announcement a game changing moment for gun violence prevention that can’t be ignored by contributing $3.
Thanks for your continued support,
