Once again the Republicans are trying to minimize the events of January 6 and their role in inciting the riot—and the Lincoln Project is calling them out.

Last week the top dog at the RNC claimed that what happened on January 6 was “legitimate public discourse.” This came after the party censured Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger for trying to get answers about what happened on that dark day.

The Lincoln Project is right: we need to do everything we can to defeat extreme Republicans and stop them from taking back the House majority. That’s why BACKROADS PAC is targeting insurrectionist members in rural districts this year.
