We know we’ve been sending A LOT of fundraising mail the past few weeks, and we just wanted to take a moment to say THANKS.

So many of you stepped up in our hour of need and showed you believe in us and our cause by chipping in a little bit extra to help us meet our fundraising goals, and we are so grateful.

We’re excited about the months ahead, and our bold new plan to empower grassroots rural activists on the ground to carry our message of hope and progress to their families, friends and neighbors. 

We can’t wait to meet these folks where they are, learn from them, and give them the funding, training and support they need to be effective agents of change in their communities.

If you were among those who dug deep to give what you could to help us start the year off right last month, you’re a hero to us!

If you couldn’t chip in last month for some reason, but you still believe the rural American vote is worth fighting for, we hope you’ll consider giving what you can, when you can.

Protecting and expanding our House and Senate majority is the single most important thing we Democrats can do this year to force action on the President’s “Build Back Better” agenda. Only by increasing our majority can we force votes on things like:

• Investment in infrastructure to repair our crumbling roads and bridges, modernize our electric grid, remove deadly toxins from our children’s drinking water, bring broadband to every American home, and create thousands of new green jobs.
   
• The John Lewis Voting Rights Enhancement Act, which would stop Republican-controlled state legislatures from making it harder for people of color, people with disabilities, and other marginalized groups to vote.
   
• Renewal of the child tax credit advance payments that cut child poverty by 40%
   
• Paid parental leave, student debt relief, a mandatory living wage, expanded access to affordable health care, and countless other policies designed to help working families.

We all know that flipping more Senate seats blue means Democrats will need to campaign for – and win – a significant number of rural votes.

No Dem Left Behind is committed to the cause and ready to hit the ground running.
