Dear John,
Thank you for helping us at A Woman’s Place end our first fundraising deadline of the year on a strong note. With your support, we’ll be able to help more women win office this November!
Empowering women is the foundation of our mission, so today all of us at AWP and especially those of us with Irish roots are excited to celebrate St. Brigid’s Day.
If you haven’t heard of it, this traditional Irish holiday uplifts and honors Ireland’s one and only female Patron Saint, the Saint of Poetry. It marks the beginning of spring, celebrates creativity, and most importantly acts as a reminder of women’s empowerment and growth.
We’re celebrating by acknowledging the pioneering accomplishments of women across the world. Do you have a story to share? Let us know on our Facebook thread! [[link removed]]

Happy Imbolc!
- A Woman’s Place
The contemporary political landscape is filled with progressive women who are running for elected office up and down the ballot, who posses a true vision of equality for this country's future. A Woman's Place seeks to support their efforts by providing financial resources to embrace this tongue-in-cheek idea of what a woman's place should be.
We help put women where they belong: positions of political leadership throughout all levels of government.
