Today, the Governor vetoed House Bill 605, which would have moved NC's primary election to June. While the timing of this year's primary remains uncertain, your People's Alliance PAC believes that the election will take place no earlier than May 17, 2022. This means that the earliest the endorsement meeting will happen is during the first week of April.

Further details and a link to register for the meeting will be available as soon as there is more certainty around the timing of the election.

People who have never been a member of People's Alliance before must join at least 60 days before the endorsement meeting in order to vote. This means you must join Durham People's Alliance <[link removed]> by February 1, 2022 in order to be guaranteed the chance to vote at the meeting. Those who join after that will be able to attend but will not be able to vote.

The meeting will be long. Renew before by the end of the day on February 1, 2022 to make sure you can vote on who the PA PAC will endorse this cycle. PA PAC will be endorsing in races for US Senate and House, NC Senate and House, District Attorney, Sheriff, Clerk of Court, School Board, judicial races, and more.
