The January 6th Committee is closing in on Trump’s inner circle. (finally)

Their latest target: Ivanka Trump. 

Now, we all know that if it was Don Jr. or Eric, Trump wouldn’t pay it any mind. But with Ivanka, Trump was horrified. 

His excuse for Ivanka to avoid testimony: “They’ll go after children.” 

Wasn’t she a senior advisor to the White House? Or was she just playing house?

We all know that she was texting him on January 6th. We know she was whispering in his ear as she always has appeared to. What’s Trump so afraid of? What can she tell Congress about that day that we don’t know about yet?

If the MAGA mob retakes Congress this fall, these hearings stop. Even at the pace they’re going, the Committee is making progress - we need them to keep going to help us avoid a repeat of Jan 6. 

If Congress swings this cycle, those hearings will be replaced by MTG and Jim Jordan leading President Biden’s impeachment proceedings. For what, you may be wondering. Your guess is as good as ours. And it doesn’t really matter, does it? They live in an alternate reality. One built on lies and conspiracies. We can’t let anyone sidestep due process.
