Team: Last fall, we launched our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign — a $5 million dedicated effort to protecting direct democracy and ballot initiatives.

Extremist politicians and special interests have launched an all-out attack on voting rights across the country.

It started with voter suppression and redistricting… but now they’ve seen the social and economic progress we’ve been able to make with ballot measures, and now they’re coming after this core part of our democracy. Can you help us fight back? [[link removed]]

Extremists are trying to use ballot measures in states like South Dakota and Missouri to restrict this very same democratic tool — but team, we won’t have it.

Where we need to bring litigation, we will litigate. Where we can stop bad laws from being passed, we will run aggressive “No” campaigns to stop anti-democratic bills. And where the legislature refers suppressive measures to the ballot, we will fight to beat those ballot attempts.

But we need you in this fight with us. Will you donate whatever you can right now to help fuel our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign and protect direct democracy? [[link removed]]
