------------------------------------------------------------

In an exclusive chat as part of #UnderTheSurface, a podcast series with Original Penguin, DJ and producer Majestic speaks openly about his own battle with depression and suicidal thoughts.

He’s also just dropped the brand new track, Invincible, a song about his struggles with mental wellbeing, in the hope that others will be inspired to talk. All of the proceeds from the song will be heading to CALM, so we can continue to support anyone having a difficult time.

** Get up and running for CALM
------------------------------------------------------------

Every mile you cover and every pound you raise, from 5k to sprinting all day – it all helps us to be there, no matter what. There are some great events - like the Brighton marathon - just around the corner, so step up to the challenge and sign up to run against living miserably.

Chips. The Pavilion. The beach. There’s loads of reasons to head to Brighton, but none as good as taking on 26 miles for CALM’s life-saving services. Running for CALM is proper-good. Join us in April - we promise great vibes and a cheer squad like no other.

** Meet the Movement Against Suicide: Ella’s Story
------------------------------------------------------------
“I feel so passionate about raising money and being open about what my family has been through. Suicide’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s just very real.”

After losing her younger brother, Freddie, to suicide in 2019, Ella decided to take on an epic challenge in his memory. We caught up to hear how she ran 157 miles in support of CALM.

** Supporters of the month
------------------------------------------------------------

Minty and his mates took on a mega challenge for CALM – a 24hr gaming stream in support of our life-saving services.

Serious kudos to Joel (pictured left), who cycled a massive 36,500k in 365 days to help us be there for anyone having a tough time.

Gilly got chilly for CALM, swimming every day throughout January with her fellow swim coach Jonathan.
